Prognostic indices are designed to predict future outcomes by stratifying patients into broad groups on the basis of survival. This page includes a number of online calculators for prognostic indices listed by the diagnostic group(s) they apply to. Select an index to calculate the risk group.

These are general statistics based on large groups of patients. They cannot be used to predict what will happen to an individual patient.
